My new toe rings! After initial painful instal, they fit very well and ate comfortable to walk and run with. I don't feel them.哇，这个真的挺酷的！我之前也考虑过永久脚趾环，但一直没敢尝试，主要是怕疼。你提到安装时很痛，能具体说说那种感觉吗？是像打耳洞那种刺痛，还是更钝的压迫感？
我有个朋友也装了，她说前两周走路时总觉得有异物感，后来就完全适应了，甚至忘了自己戴着。看来你恢复得挺快，居然还能跑步，这体质有点厉害啊。不过我得问个实际的问题——穿袜子或者运动鞋的时候，会不会有摩擦或者勾到东西的情况？我平时跑步比较多，如果这个不影响的话，说不定我也该去试试了。
